I think honestly, everyone has areas of their lives that they are not 100% happy with or feel like they could improve. But on the the scale of 0 to happy I am definitely towards the happy end!!
Yes I am, but I know I often get stressed about things I don’t really need to and sometimes this makes me unhappy.
It’s important to learn to manage stress; if they ever offer you mindfulness or relaxation classes at school, you might feel silly doing it but definitely give it a try!
I’m a bit like Cat though – I get stressed out very easily by things, especially if I don’t think I have time to do things! When that happens I go out on a long bike ride and come back feeling much better.
